Description
At the moment Rachels Development Programme provides shelter for 20 orphanaged girls in the community building. In the near future an additional 10 boys will be provided shelter. The girls all sleep in 2 kingsize beds. Wings of Support was asked to finance the purchase of 15 bunkbeds, mattrasses and bedlinen. This will improve the girls nights sleep considerably. The supervision consists of very driven and motivated people. The government has made land available for a new home so they will be moving soon.

Thika lies 60 kilometres north of Nairobi A visit is worth while! The driving time from the crew hotel is about an hour.
