I agree to enrol as contributor to the Wings of Support Foundation. I authorize the Foundation to, until further notice, debit my bank account with a monthly payment to the amount mentioned below. I understand that if my monthly payment equals € 15,- or more I am entitled to receive, free of charge, a legal document stating that my contribution is a bequest by Dutch law that will be fully tax deductible.
